in our houses. what amount of electricity is released from M P E B is decreased till it comes to our homes. then where does the electricity goes?

Actually you are comparing the electricity with any matter the flow of charge per unit time is current and when it runs over the long distance it loose some of its electric energy to the environment due to long transmission wire from power station to or homes . hence the voltage is decreased and hence the current is also decreased, to solve this the transformer is used to step up the voltage .
