Solution

When it is agreed that a partner (in this case- Anju) will bear the realisation expenses and for this he/she will be paid an agreed amount, then in the Realisation Account, the concerned partner's capital account (here Anju) is debited to Realisation Account with the amount of remuneration paid to him/her for realising the assets ( in this case 5% commission i.e Rs 7,825) irrespective of the actual expenses incurred (which are Rs 7,500).
