in the second video while explaining non contact force there were 3 pins and the first pin was attracted by the magnet and the rest 2 pins where attached to the first pin when the first pin touched it .first pin was in contact with second pin to get attached.how is that possible

First pin is directly connected with the magnet. It gets the property of magnet hence attracts the second pin and so on.
