Here, what is symmetric to what, as only 1 figure is there. If we draw a diagonal, the point is proved. So, the said statement is incorrect.

According to the expert," Isn't it symmetric"? means that Parallelogram isn't a symmetrical figure.

Now, when we draw a diagonal BD or AC still then the parallelogram doesn't possess any kind of symmetry because on folding the two halves the overlapping of the same doesn't take place.
