Evolution is very slow and gradual process. Evolution results in the generation og higjly evolved and advance species in a thousands of year.
Different factors affecting Hardy Weinberg equilibrium are as follows:
1) Small population and selective mating.
2) Allele frequency is changing with time.
3) Mutation, selection and migration is involved in the developing population.
