Is it possible to add two vectors of unequal magnitude and get zero ? Is it true for 3, 4 ,5 , 6 etc. vectors ?

No, it is not possible to get a zero vector by either adding or subtracting two vectors of unequal magnitude. However, this is certainly possible for more than vectors.
