Yes, this is true that Lactobacillus bacteria is present in milk which is responsible for the conversion of milk into curd. During the conversion of milk into curd Lactobacillus converts milk sugar lactose into lactic acid which coagulates the milk. The curd is sour due to the presence of lactic acid in it.
