Is potential energy stored ion all the fuels? Between paper wood , do both poses potential energy? Which has greater energy? Justify.

Potential energy is always stored in any object. But the energy of the fuel comes from bond energy of the molecules of the fuel. The potential energy depends upon the position of the object. So, depending upon the position paper and wood might have different potential energy. Wood produces more energy than the paper.
