is the bones of animals made up of cells or not? after the death of an animal why does muscles decompose very fast as compared to the bones?

Solution

Every structure in any living organism is made up of cell as cell is the basic structural unit of life(living organisms)
Therefore, bone is an animal tissue made up of bone cells called osteoblasts and calcium matrix ( ground substance of bone tissue).

Muscle is also an animal tissue made up of muscle cell and contractile protein fibres. Proteins are soft organic compounds as compared to calcium deposits which are hard inorganic compounds present in bone. For the same reason muscles are decomposed at a faster rate than bones because of their composition and consistency.
