is the growth of a plant a physical change?

Growth of a plant includes physical as well as chemical change. Physical change in term of shape and size.(The smaller leaves have similar characteristic as larger leaves).Chemical change because we cannot reverse the growth of a plant and get the starting material back.That is bigger grown plant can't be converted into inital smaller plant from where it is grown up.
