is there any chemical compound known as calcium oxychloride and calcium hypochlorite if yes what is the chemical formulae for it and are any of these the chemical names for bleaching powder?

Calcium hypochlorite or Calcium oxychloride both are same. It has the formula Ca(ClO)2. It is widely used for water treatment and as a bleaching agent.
Actually "Bleaching powder" is a mixture of calcium hypochlorite (Ca(OCl)2) and the basic chloride CaCl2, H2O with some slaked lime, Ca(OH)2.
