Physical property and physical change both are two different things.

Physical property: The general properties of matter such as colour, size, shape, hardness and state are known as physical properties.

Physical Change: The �change,� �which carries out change in any one of these physical properties is called a physical change.

For example: Melting of ice is a physical change. And ice is in solid state. So solid state is physical property of ice (matter).
