Solution

Artery is a type of blood vessels. we can say that all arteries are blood vessels but all blood vessels are not artery.

There are three types of blood vessels:

  • Arteries: Blood vessels which carry blood away from heart
  • Capillaries:Capillaries are extremely small vessels located within the tissues of the body that transport blood from the arteries to the veins after exchanging it to tissue
  • Veins: Blood vessels which carry blood from the capillaries back towards the heart.
