Is there any difference between the full forms of NADP and NADPH?

NADP stands for Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate and NADPH is reduced form of NADP. There is no change in full form of NADP except for the addition of hydrogen but hydrogen is not added in the full form of NADPH, It can just be understood as as reduced NADP.
