isn't the current rating of a fuse in light circuit 5A, and in power circuit 15A?

Yes in general cases shops offer these fuses for light and power circuits respectively!
But sometimes 3 amp and 13 amp are also used...
though the rating available are : 3,5,13,15,30 amp are also used according to the need!
