Solution

Our body develops immunity against a disease after exposure to disease causing microbe. So, when body second time encounter the same microbe the disease will not be manifested. But we get cold and influenza (flu) many times. This is because the virus responsible for causing flu have various forms. Each time we get flu different form of virus enters our body which is not previously encountered. This result in manifestation of disease and we get cold.
