It is said that water shouldn't be added directly to conc. acids. In a case in which I am suffering from acidity i.e. HCl acid is more in my stomach which is concentrated and I drink water so will it lead to a harmul reaction? Why or Why not?

The water should not be added to acids. This statement is meant for laboratory preparations. In lab, as you add water in concentrated acid, it will splash out on your face because it is an exothermic reaction. In case of acidity, in humans, same process happens but the mucous secretion by the stomach walls prevent its damage. Moreover, the acid present in stomach is not that much strong.
