Millimoles of $N H_{4} O H$ = 10 x 0.3= 3

Millimoles of $({NH}_{4})_{3} {PO}_{4}$ =200 x 0.1 x 3=60

pOH = 5 + log $\frac{60}{3}$ = 5 + log20 = 6.3010

pH = 14- 6.3010 = 7.6987
