Machine A produces 100 parts twice as fast as machine B. If machine B produces 100 parts in 40 minutes. Find number of parts Machine A can produce in 6 minutes.

Machine A is twice as fast as machine B.
If Machine B produces 100 parts in 40 minutes, then machine A will take half the time of machine B in producing 100 parts.
So machine A will take 20 minute for producing 100 parts.

So 20 minutes is taken to produce 100 parts
Hence 1 minute is taken to produce 100/20 = 5 parts
Hence in 6 minutes, it will produce 5*6 = 30 parts.
Hence machine A will produce 30 parts in 6 minutes.
