Managers are not born, but, infact they are made. They are said to be the heart of a management as they run a whole lot of activities of a business enterprise in order to attain the goals. A manager is made by experience and knowledge of the various principles and functions of management. And as management is an art and a profession, it is something that has to be learnt and adopted. Due to this, we can say that a manager is made out of a rigorous process of learning and experience of management and its functions.
