Mention the Articles given in our constitution based on or related to secularism
The word secular was added to the preamble of the Constitution of India by the 42nd amendment. However, even prior to this, the articles 25-28 of the Constitution of India uphold the principles of religious freedom. These articles guarantee the individual and collective freedom to practice one's religion and are a part of the Fundamental Rights. Articles 15 and 16 of the Constitution also guarantee non-discrimination on the basis of religion.
