Open in App
Solution

In males target cells are Leydig cells of testes
In females theca cells of ovary and leuteal cells( corpus leuteum)
In males, this hormone stimulate the Leydig cells to secrete androgens.
In females it induce the secretion of estrogens and progesterone via theca cells and leuteal cells. Through luteal cells it induces the formation of corpus leuteum by the secretion of progesterone, while through theca cells it induce ovulation by the secretion of estrogens.
