Sperm is produced in the seminiferous tubules and is emptied into another set of tubules called as the rete testis. From here is goes to the duct system called epididymis and then goes to ductus deferensa( vas deferens)This vas deferens is surrounded by spermatic cord. From vas deferens it goes to the ejaculatory duct which passes through prostrate gland and merge with the urethra.
