Solution

The nitrogenous waste in human blood is urea. Liver converts toxic ammonia into much less toxic urea which is excreted in urine. Urea is synthesised in liver and transported to kidneys for excretion. Urea is produced through urea cycle which was discovered by Hans Krebs and Hans Henseleit (1932), hence it is known as Krebs-Henseleit cycle.
