Solution

A specific hormone usually affects a specific cell or group of cells which in turn respond to that particular hormone. These are called target cells.
Luteinizing Hormone ( LH ) is secreted by anterior Pituitary Gland in both males and females.
In males target cells of LH are Leydig cells responsible for the secretion of testosterone.
In females target cells of LH are cells of ovary. It stimulates the secretion of estrogens and progesterone and triggers ovulation.
