Velocity of both the trains $= 54 k m / h = 15 m / s$

Rel velocity of train A wrt train B is $= 54 - (- 54) = 108 k m / h$

Rel velocity of train B wrt train A is $= - 54 - (+ 54) = - 108 k m / h$

Rel velocity of the monkey wrt train A is $= - 15 - (+ 15) + 10 = - 20 m / s = - 72 k m / h r$

Rel velocity of the ground wrt monkey is $= 0 - 10 - (- 15) = 5 m / s$
