Solution

Immunization is a process of making a person immune to a disease by increasing his/her adaptive immunity by a variety of methods .Vaccination is one such method used for some diseases.

Vaccination is the administration of a vaccine against a particular disease or set of diseases. The vaccine develops adaptive immunity for a disease to that individual and prevents from further infection of that disease. Usually a dead or weakened germ causing that disease is given as a vaccine which stimulates body's antibodies against the germ preventing it to occur in future.
