Solution
An interest group is a group of people who share the same agenda and interest. It is different from a movement because the membership of a movement is not limited, there is an open door policy for membership to join the movement. The pubic opinion decides the momentum and fate of a movement.
Public interest group sees the interest of the public in general and wider issues whereas sectional interest groups see the interest of particular section of society.
Both interest group and movement group share the same idea of catering to the interest of general public.
