3.It consists of trained personnel who will build up a strong communication network in the place where warnings for disaster are announced. They will inform the local people, authorities etc to take immediate preventive measures.

4.It will prepare hazard maps and try to detect the vulnerable areas, safe locations, proper shelters etc.

5.It will also provide information about what steps and remedies can be taken after a disaster takes place.
