We have,

$p+q=29......\left(1\right)$

$\frac{1}{9}+\frac{1}{5}=\frac{2}{p}......\left(2\right)$

By equation (2) to and we get,

$\frac{5+9}{45}=\frac{2}{p}$

$14p=90$

$p=\frac{90}{14}$

$p=\frac{45}{7}$

Put the value of P in equation (1) and we get,

$p+q=29$

$\frac{45}{7}+q=29$

$q=29-\frac{45}{7}$

$q=\frac{203-45}{7}$

$q=\frac{158}{7}$

The ratio of $p:q=45:158$

Hence, this is the answer.
