Q.Name one control measure for overcoming the problem of ozone depletion.

Ozone present in the stratosphere is very useful for us because it save us from the harmful ultraviolet rays coming from the sun. The depletion of the ozone can be overcome by two methods:-

1) Increase oxygen :- For this reduce the destruction of the plant life. Reduce the chemical process in which oxygen is being consumed. Reduce any process that reduce oxygen production. Avoid the combustion process of above 4-7 km of altitude.

2) Decrease ozone destructors:- Avoid the use of CFC's which distract the ozone molecule and causes ozone depletion. Reduce those type of process that release water vapor above the height of 4 -7 km.
