For every 5 ice-creams she gets one free ice-cream.
This means when she buys 12 set of 5 ice-creams i.e. $12 \times 5 = 60$ ice-creams she gets 12 ice-creams free.
This adds up to 12 + 60 = 72 ice-creams
Therefore she needs to buy 60 ice-creams.
