Here is the answer to your question.

Let the number of marbles with Raju be x

Given : The number of marbles with Rahul is two more then twice the number of marbles with Raju.

⇒ Number of marbles with Rahul = 2x + 2

∴ Total number of marbles = Number of marbles with Raju + Number of marbles with Rahul

= x + 2x + 2 = 3x + 2
