Mol of a substance = Atomic Wt. expressed in gms.

1 mol. of C = 12 g & 1 mol. of Na = 23 g

5 mol. of C = 60 g & 5 mol of Na = 115g

Hence Krish's container is heavier.

1 mol of any substance always has 6.023x10^23 atoms so 5 moles = 30x10^23 atoms of both C & Na i.e same no. of atoms.
