Since ozone is a heavy gas then why does it remains still in the stratosphere even if several other comparatively lighter gases are present in the atmosphere abundantly?

Ozone is heavier than most of the other gases present in atmosphere. UV-C from sunlight present in the stratosphere is absorbed by the oxygen which makes ozone. This is the reason why ozone is present in stratosphere despite being heavier.
