Sodium carbonate on reaction with hydrochloric acid in equal molar concentration-
Na2CO3 + HCl NaHCO3 + NaCl

If concentrations are different, the sodium carbonate reacts with HCl to give sodium chloride, water and carbon dioxide.
Na2CO3 + 2HCl CO2 + 2NaCl​ + H2O
