sound is produced due to vibration of particles. We can feel the vibration in some cases like tuning fork. But it is not possible in other cases. Why?

Human ear are sensitive only for sound having frequency 20Hz to 20KHz . Frequency lower than 20Hz and higher than 20KHz are not heared by our ear. we feel vibrations in some cases having frequency between 20Hz to 20KHz.
We cannot feel any vibration having frequency lower or higher than audible range.
