F= Kq1q2/r2

Here q1 = q2 = 2 x(1.6 x 10-19)C = 3.2 x 10-19C

r= 3.2 x 10 -11 m

K=9×109Nm2/C2

Therefore,

F=9×109×(3.2×1019)2(3.2×1011)2=9×109×(10.24×1038)(10.24×1022)=9×107 N.
