n(HE) = 400, n(H)= 250, n(E)= 200

n(HE) = ?

Weknow that:

n(HE) = n(H)+ n(E)– n(HE)

400= 250 + 200 – n(HE)

400= 450 – n(HE)

n(HE) = 450 – 400

n(HE) = 50
