1. They can cause diseases or even death if eaten up any animal or humans.
2. They can clog the sever system that will result in the spreading of disposed waste on the roads and thus polluting the environment.

Two methods of safe disposal of the non-biodegradable waste are:-
1. Landfill:- It is a unused land where these non-biodegradable waste are disposed and burried into the soil.
2. Recycling:- If the waste is safe enough it can be recycled.
