Q=Define secondary valencies.

Solution

Yes, Organometallic compounds also come under coordination compounds.

Organometallic compounds are group of coordination compounds in which carbon atoms are bonded to the metal center. The most famous of the organometallic compounds is the extremely stable orange ferrocene, [Fe(C5H5)2 ]. After which thousands of new organometallic compounds were prepared.

The secondary valence is the number of ions of molecules that are coordinated to the metal ion in a coordination compound or its coordination number. The secondary valence or the coordination number of the cobalt(III) complex [Co(NH3)6]^3+[3Cl-] is six.
