EVEN THOUGH PLANETS AND SATELLITES DO NOT EMIT THEIR OWN LIGHT , THEY ARE STILL IN SKY . WHY

All the planets and satellites (do not possess any light of their own and) reflect the light from the Sun as the Sun is primary light source of our solar system. That is why we are able to see them in the night sky as bright points of light.

The Sun is a star and like every star it shines very brightly.
