how can we preserve the food by freezing it when some bacteria can survive very cold temperatures
rn
The process of freezing food will not eliminate all the bacteria, but will prevent their further growth and development and thus prevents the possible food spoilage. Also the bacteria that live in extreme conditions are not possible sources of food spoilage and we can use other methods like using chemical preservatives, use of air tight containers etc. in place of freezing to avoid these bacteria.
