What is the difference between Apiculture and Aquaculture?
Apiculture is a practice of growing bees in hives on large scale for the purpose of extraction of honey and wax. Apiculture is done in areas around rich flora, so that bees can collect good amount of nectars from flowers. The bee farms are known as apiaries.
Aquaculture is the farming of the aquatic plants or animals (no matter marine or fresh water) such as fish, crustaceans, molluscs to be used as food or for commercial purposes.
