Question

what would happen if our finger would inside the pitcher plant

Open in App
Solution

A flower of pitcher plant takes at least 3 to 5 days to digest a single small insect. So, if our finger gets inside a flower the flower flaps will close automatically. As the flaps are nothing but petals we can easily take our finger out of it without any harm.
