Suppose I don`t know what is C6H12O6 and I have to identify whether it is an acid or not, then how will I do that? How will I get to know that 12 atoms of Hydrogen are not H+(aq) ions ?

The formula is of glucose and the hydrogen in a glucose molecule are not ionizable. Glucose does not dissociate in solution to furnish hydrogen atoms.
