The bottle taken out of the refrigerator is cooler than the outer atmosphere. The water vapour present in the outer atmospheres condenses into water droplets on coming in contact with the cooler surface of water bottle. This process is known as condensation. This causes the observation of puddle of water around the cooled water bottle.
