The sum of 4 angles is 360 degrees

So,

7x-60+7x-60+4x+20+4x+20=360

22x-80=360

22x=440

x=440/22=20 degrees

Angles are

7x-60=7*20-60=140-60=80

7x-60=7*20-60=140-60=80

4x+20=4*20+20=80+20=100

4x+20=4*20+20=80+20=100

So the angles are 80,80,100,100
