Number of revolutions made in covering 960,000 dm = $\frac{960000}{10} = 96000$

For hind wheel:

Circumference = 16 dm
Number of revolutions made in covering 16 dm = 1
Number of revolutions made in covering 960,000 dm = $\frac{960000}{16} = 60000$

Number of extra revolutions made by the first wheel than the second wheel = $96000 - 60000 = 36000$ $96000 - 60000 = 36000$
