We know,
Power = Pressure Ã— Volume per second
Pressure = 130 mm = 17331.9 Pa
Volume per minute = 4 Ã— 10^-3 m³/min
=> Volume per second = (4 Ã— 10^-3)/60 m³/s
So,
Power = 17331.9 Ã— (4 Ã— 10^-3)/60 = 1.16 W
Or, power = 0.0015 hp
